Continuous Improvement Engineer

We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to ensure the coordination with all department to shape the CIP mindset for all employees.

• Assess existing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Collect and analyze operational data to establish performance metrics
• Work with operational teams to understand challenges and needs
• Design and propose continuous improvement solutions with a focus on efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Use Lean and Six sigma tools to optimize value chain performance
• Work in the field to implement improvement actions and ensure their success.
• Present reports and recommendations to stakeholders
• Train multidisciplinary teams on methods and tools related to continuous improvement
• Conduct internal audits to monitor and verify the effectiveness of improvement actions

• Master’s or Engineer’s degree
• Strong data analysis and modelling skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
